Besides the age factor, growth hormone can also be stopped prematurely because of several factors such as stress, excessive dieting, wrong sleeping position, wrong exercise, improper body posture (disabled). So, to get taller you should avoid these factors.


Here are tips how to increase height:
  • Eating and drinking which contains high protein and calcium.

  • Exercise regularly. 
Exercise is also important for growth process. Swimming and basketball is a sport which effectively to increase height.
  • Do not get used to the body in a bent position. 
Stooped position when sitting or standing can inhibit growth process. Moreover, sleep with a sitting position. Keep the body always perpendicularly in all positions.
  • Getting enough sleep, also take a nap. 
Napping can increase height because when we take a nap, growth hormone are more active work. The length of time for a good nap is about 15 minutes to 1 hour. While sleeping nights  at least 6 hours to 8 hours. And prevent insomnia, of course sleeping nights is more important, and should always be regular and sufficient.
  • Supine straight body position during sleep. 
With this position the body is more relaxed and blood flows more smoothly in the body, so that growth hormone is able to work optimally, including bone growth.
